Do they run true to size?
These run true to EU sizing. If you are between sizes or have wider feet, size up. See our size chart for foot length measurements.
Do the rhinestones hold up after multiple wears?
The rhinestone and pearl accents are set to withstand regular wear. We recommend avoiding prolonged submersion in water. Customers who have worn their pairs across multiple trips report the detailing remaining intact. Any issue within 30 days is covered by our return policy.
What is the platform height, and is it stable?
The thick platform sole elevates the entire foot evenly by 3.5 inches. Giving a noticeable height boost, without the forward pitch of a traditional heel. Because the elevation is uniform, weight distributes naturally and the sandal stays stable on cobblestone, grass, sand, and tile.
Will these actually stay comfortable all day?
The footbed gradually shapes to your specific foot over time. Most customers report wearing them through full evenings without discomfort.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify orders once they’re placed. This includes changing items, shipping details / addresses, or applying discount codes. More information can be found on our returns policy here.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You have up to 3 hours after placing your order to cancel it using the “Cancel Order” button in your confirmation email. After the 3 hour window orders cannot be cancelled, even by our support. Read more here.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Processing includes verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Can I pay using multiple payment methods?
Currently, we only support one payment method per order.
Can I use gift cards or store credit?
If gift cards or store credits are available, they can be applied at checkout.

We offer shipping and returns worldwide! Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs.
How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $69 (That’s two Twinkles)! Otherwise, we offer flat-rate $5.99 shipping on all United States based orders. $11.99 for everywhere else in the world.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times range from 5-12 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions. Orders often arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date posted on your order’s tracking! See our shipping & delivery policy.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier issues, or global shipping disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please start a return request.

How do I return an item?

Are returns free?
Yes! Take 30 days to see the difference for yourself. If you’re not loving the results, send it back.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can submit a return or refund request within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or return.
How fast are returns processed?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 days. Please allow for up to 5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes! Instead of returning your item for a refund, you can submit an exchange request to swap it out for a new one.
